"Lost trim cover to my 2015 c300 mb. The part was discontinued and could not get it from any MB dealer. I was distraught. I did not want my ride looking tacky. I looked online at different part site but no luck. Then, I remembered that Overseas Autobody was able to replace the gas cover on my MB SUV years ago and thought I'd try to see if they could help me out again. I explained my need and Frank told me to bring in the car. I met with Joe and he knew exactly what I needed. He was confident that he could locate the part. He called me the next day and said that he had the part and could put it on when I came by. I am so pleased and happy with the service. The young ladies in the office are so friendly. This place is the greatest."

"I would like to take the time to thank Overseas Auto Body in Hastings for going above and beyond for me. Dropped my car off Monday and it was finished by Thursday afternoon. Prices are excellent. Frank and the young lady at the service desk were so friendly and genuinely made me feel as if I was their only customer (although the garage was packed with cars). I'd give 10 stars if I could!"

"Possibly the worse experience ever! I went here based on them being Tesla certified and what a mistake that was. My car was rear-ended and a few things had to be replaced. The rear crash bar and bumper were two of the things that need to be replaced, well they were not. When I called to inquire, they advised me to come in. At first I was told that 4 cars came in with the same hit, I highly doubt it and they might have made a mistake. A few minutes later an older grumpy gentleman walks out from the back and they put a crash bar on the counter to show me that they all look that way. The bumper was reused as I can see the same markings on the black trimming and the that was supposed to be repaired, never was. These things were never corrected and were paid for. Hopefully I never need a auto body shop again, but if I do this is not the place! The first 2 pictures are before going to the shop, the last 3 are after."
