"I have been a long time customer of Walgreens but today they let me down big time. I went to fill a prescition that I was charged 5 times what I would have paid at another pharmacy. Their excuse was they could not compete with other stores. I will never go back."

"I’m a life long customer of Walgreens Pharmacy and have used them almost exclusively for at least 25 years. This is because their service is usually unbeatable. This location, however, is the exception. Every single time I’m there, there’s discrepancies and they handle them in a crass manner, sometimes with attitude. Their customer service here is just awful! Corporate needs to get in there and fix it. Until then, I’m in the market for a new pharmacy, because I don’t want to be treated badly every time my kids need medication. I hate writing bad reviews, but this location has made me cry multiple times."

"I have called the pharmacy two times for someone to pick up the phone and place me on hold without speaking a word. The first time I was placed on hold for almost 10 min. Just so someone could pick it up off hold and place it back on hold, again without saying a word! I called back a second time and they did the same thing. I had to call and speak with the front of store shift lead just to reach someone. That is an awful way to treat people. I do understand call volumes are high and it is sick season, but this is what your getting paid to do. If you can’t treat people any better than that then why work with the public? That’s a horrible way to run a business!"

"I only came here to pickup some headache meds so I didn't stay long. I was impressed with the cleanliness. Especially of the restrooms! The customer service was pretty good."
