It was my birthday so I booked a makeup appointment with Bri and nails with Mya .. Bri slayed my makeup and Mya gave me the classiest French. This is my go to now A ONE STOP SHOP ❤️"

"This was 2021: Anyone that gives her 5 stars is a personal friend of hers and CANNOT be trusted in this review section. This establishment with queenie deserves no stars not even one. They are 3 to 4 hours late and expect you to be on time with a non refundable fee that you dont get BACK if THEY are 3 to 4 hours late! My sister is the bride in a wedding but due to this dine and dash, rusty platoon saloon salon she was not able to get her hair done in time because after booking a 9am appointment with nonrefundable deposit they came and 12pm and still took her money, and was not able to get her hair done because she could not wait all day for them to get there. Just let that sink in. Book at your own risk. Your time is not worth it. You are worth more black queens. Update: (now going on 2 years later 8/2023) she just replied to the comment stating that my sister was late. When I posted she clearly was on time, she barely even read the comment and just replied, she's lieing to get more business because the horrible ratings. How does the person even remember from so long ago lol. Every comment literally has the same complaints. Use your own discretion ladies and don't trust this stylist. Go to a professional."

"Will never be going back. Hair came out good, but customer service was absolutely awful. I had an appt at 12 with Queenie and she called me at 10;30 asking if we could push it back to 1;30 bc she’s running behind. I was a bit frustrated but I said okay. I got there at 1:30 and she was still seeing someone’s wig together, and told me she had someone else as well that was coming in but she’ll be quick. I kept asking her how long it’d take and she’d say it won’t take long at all. I didn’t get into the chair until 4pm, not leaving the hair salon until after 5pm. Now having to rush the whole rest of the day. All she did was take off $15 and didn’t apologize for all my time she had wasted. Good hair doesn’t mean you can take up peoples whole day. Find a new system."

"I waited a very long time to come here because they are a bit pricey, but it was worth every penny. Booking an appointment was easy and quick and all the details were provided online. I even emailed Queenie with a question and she got back to me in less than 24 hours. The day of the appointment I had a little trouble finding the salon so I called the receptionist Mary and she was really nice and helped me find my way. When I arrived, the salon was clean and elegant and my hair was washed in a very fancy sink while the latest music was being played on the speakers. Everyone who I spoke with was really polite and helpful which allayed the fears associated with going to a salon the first time. Queenie had many clients that day but she didn't rush through anyone. She took her time and made sure each client got the same quality and care, regardless of how tired I saw she was. Definitely coming back and definitely recommending the salon to others. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because from beginning to end I was in the salon for about 6.5 hours. M y recommendation , just go when you have a day off cause you may be there a while, but trust me it'll be worth it !"
