First of all I would like to say I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the way I was greeted. I returned to get my hair colored and I am super happy my hair never looked and felt so good!!! I will most definitely keep coming back! The staff is amazing and very welcoming and the woman that did my color and blow out is also the manager Rosalie what a pleasant experience over all."

"Went here for the highlights option and showed a picture of what I wanted. I strictly specified that I wanted a balayage NOT streaky highlights. Such a horrible experience and I would never come here again. The woman that did my hair also did not consult me whatsoever about the steps and what she was doing to my hair. I also did not want a brassy look and that is exactly what she did. A brassy streaky ( with one huge patch of highlight) look. I even tipped her tremendously for someone that rushed with my hair and forgot to check on the bleach in my hair. Would NOT recommend to anyone if they value their hair health and how it looks. This is their definition of balayage. For reference, what I wanted vs. what I got."

"Horrible experience; I booked for roots and highlights; they gave me patchy highlights; then went again and the manager Rosalie color my hair to dark brown . I said light brown but then she explained how she can’t do that . From light brown with patchy highlights I went to straight up black hair . Also it damanged my hair and it’s so dry now . Please never ever go to this location . Check other people reviews as well ; it’s a nightmare; they need to close this location ; they have worst colorist. DONOT GO HERE ; the manager thinks she is good but no one ; when I mean no one is good in Roslyn location . Only the person who wash and blow hair they are good but Nichole ; Francesca and the manager all are horrible"
