"Yelled at my pregnant wife and made my 14 year old sister in law cry…over 10 dollars! The sad part is they even admitted it was their mistake ! They gave one quote to my wife then when my sister in law they gave her another, it’s clear they were trying to take advantage of my 14 year old sister in law . What a joke ! My wife’s family has been going here for 20 years! They were shocked,do not go here , take your business elsewhere ."

"My family and I have been coming to this Salon for over 20 years. What I experienced today was the most unprofessional and unexpected behavior from the same people we have known. They claimed to make a mistake when quoting the price at the beginning of their service. When i went to pick up my sister, the bald man walked up to my car and started yelling at me about the mistake his salon made and that we have to pay additional fees. This situation could have been handled differently. I would have paid for their mistake even though my little sister was not satisfied with her hair. Its not about the $10. Extremely rude and uncalled for."

"if i could i would give zero stars. the worst experience of my life. the bald man quoted me the wrong price and then threatened to wash my blowout if i didn’t pay the new price. then he started yelling at my pregnant sister who had no idea of the situation , all for $10. very unprofessional people. unprofessional services."

"This place is good for color with someone who has experience. Since my hairdresser moved out of state I went after a while. I asked the shampoo girl who she recommends a new hairdresser rudely interrupts and tells me she knows color. Fried my hair, left a mess. The shampoo girl was recommending me Linda but since I was rudely interrupted by someone who has no clue of what she’s getting herself into I couldn’t go to Linda. My hair was incomplete and damaged. It’s not the salon it’s about letting someone experienced doing hair and not letting someone experiment. My hair is so damaged."
