"Horrible horrible horrible experience. After receiving notification yesterday that the prescription was ready, I drove 2 hours to pick up and take my father-in-law to this CVS. Upon arrival they told me it would be 15 minutes. I told them we received a notification yesterday that it was ready for pickup which is why I'm here and I drove 2 hours to pick it up. They told me to give them a few minutes and they'll see what we can do. After 15 minutes they informed me that they are out of the prescription all together and that they will not be able to fill it today. Tony s. The pharmacist in charge today asked how did we get notified? Was it by a phone call or the automated system? I said what difference does it make? We were told to come pick up the prescription and now that we're here you're telling us it doesn't exist. Really? Are you absolutely kidding me right now? My father in-law 82 years old and sitting in the car waiting as all this unfolds. Completely Horrible. Horrible horrible! Please everyone choose a different pharmacy! How terrible. I hope we all see a class action lawsuit against CVS sometime soon. It's just awful that they put their patients through this type of possibly life threatening distress!"

"We have been going to this pharmacy for years but there has been a complete change in the service. It looks like all new people. It used to have great customer service but since the last several months it has been horrible. They rarely answer the phone and when they do they usually hang up or put you on hold. The drive through has been closed a lot. When you are a senior citizen it is hard to stand in line. The girl that helped us in the drive through on Monday evening was so RUDE. The speaker system was bad and she wouldn't even look at me when talking so I didn't know if she was talking to me or someone else. The only thing good was the pharmacist Tony who was very nice."

"They (including the pharmacist) pulled a truly rotten trick on me by hiding my keys behind the counter because they were irritated that I was annoyed when they couldn't find my prescription and they were totally rude about it. This is the worst business I have ever been to."

"The CVS PHARMACY on Park Road in Charlotte is ALWAYS SLOW with POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you go through the drive through you will be waiting and when you get to the window they are not nice. 2 weeks ago I went and waited, then their computer was down. Today I waited , I was told “ drive around for 15 minutes “. I am changing pharmacies because I do not like their customer service."

"I have been using this pharmacy for years. The pharmacy staff is always kind and accommodating. They work with me to find the best savings on my prescriptions. Even when they are understaffed or overwhelmed, they are transparent and work tirelessly to make sure everyone is taken care of."
