"My daughters came here to get their teeth cleaned and there were just so many complaints. My first daughter was sitting in the chair for like 20 minutes waiting for her dentist and her dentist was talking about hanging out later with another patient. My second daughter went to get her teeth cleaned after, and they cleaned nothing from the seat. There was toothpaste on the chair that stained her sweater and there was mouthwash spilled on her seat. They were really aggressive and now my daughter’s mouth is all swollen and was bleeding really badly. Her mouth can’t even open without feeling pain. The place was also very unhygienic. The seats in the waiting room were ripping apart and were severely stained. The bathroom toilets were rusting and the roof had a brown stain. The people working there are very unprofessional and seem like they don’t know what they are doing."

"I've been a going to Kane Dental for over 5 years now. Marie the hygienist is very thorough and professional. She makes you feel comfortable by engaging in conversations. She's very open to answer any questions you may have. I am grateful that I found this facility."

"I think everyone needs to get retrained to do their jobs. I never needed dental work til one day I needed a fill in. I get my fill in, it hurts weeks and months later. I called a few times and complained about it. I was told they may have to do more dental work but first come in to see what’s the issue. I haven’t heard back from them in months. I called again telling them the pain is worsen. Any available appointments later that day. I was told either 2/230 or sometime next week. I rushed in from work, however what bothered me while I’m sitting in their office I overheard the receptionist make an appointment for a customer to come in later in the day. Overall this office is out dated, need new workers and just need to actually care to tend to people needs. Let’s not mention the general doctor did a fill in told me he drilled too far down. Months later still dealing with an uncomfortable amount of pain. Insurance denied my root canal, Kane dental was suppose to do a a peer to peer review. They are useless. I’m going else where, I shouldn’t have to deal with mouth pain for something a doctor who did a very horrible job. DO NOT GO HERE ! Update: Natasha the manager told me because of my review they can no longer help me out, when I decided to go back to see if they could possible help solve the issue they caused. She said our relationship will have to move on. Right is right and wrong is wrong. They are wrong for what they did. They mess up people mouths in order to have them come back for insurance to pay. A lot of malpractice in this facility."
