"I saw Matt for several years. He started cheating me out of the time for my appointments, which were meant to be an hour but ended up being 20-30 minutes. He also raised the cost of the therapy without informing me which ended up with me in debt. He then dropped me as a paitent without explanation. However I will say my previous years experiences with Matt were wonderful; Matt helped me through a really rough time and I appreciate that. I would still be going to him if it weren't for him dropping me and not communicating why. Life moves on I suppose, However that was extremely unprofessional. - A patient since possibly 2020 if not earlier ( I can't remember, though I know it has been a few years.)"
