"Food was good as always, but the SERVICE! I called and ordered ahead and i was told it will be ready in 20minutes. When i got there after 25minutes, I waited extra 30 minutes. I understand that it was a bulk order for 5-6people but it was too long. People who came after me were served with their food while i was waiting. Also when i came back and opened the bags, the soups were leaking because they were poorly positioned in the bag. Other than the service, the food was good though."
"I had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at Hainan! The Sweet and Sour Fried Pork was simply divine, with its perfect balance of crunchiness and tenderness. It is a dish that can never go wrong! Crispy Chilli Chips Fried Shrimp was an absolute sensation for my taste buds. The ambiance was delightful, and the staff were incredibly attentive and genuine. One lovely lady with her hair tied up went above and beyond to recommend the perfect dishes for us. Overall, it was a truly memorable experience, and I can't wait to return for another round of culinary bliss!"
"We live on Harlem so it's a trek to get here, but it's been totally worth it when we're in the neighborhood. Great homey atmosphere and the food is really flavorful and generous. I'm a vegetarian and love the tofu with mushroom and vegetables. My wife loves the extra spicy seafood soup. Definitely add to your list"
"Tried their new soup, 차돌 짬뽕 국밥 (beef brisket spicy seafood soup) and it was sooooo delicious and yummy! A must try! The service was good as well! Will come back for this soup often! "
"For Chinese Korean food, this place is a great value. Definitely get the fried pork with hot and sour sauce as well as this fried chicken dish with a tangy sauce that was great. I’d definitely recommend getting any of the noodles which are fresh made and very chewy with great mouth feel. I got the half seafood noodle soup and half black bean sauce noodles. I think it was nice to try both dishes, but the black bean sauce was in the lighter side so if you want something with stronger soy flavors you should get the black bean sauce noodles with beef. The staff was super friendly and very funny. They really made us feel comfortable with their jokes and gave great suggestion for what to eat and share."
