"Really nice staff. They did throw me for a loop in that you are supposed to enroll a time for that day to see a staff member online. Though in premise it takes the "Urgent" out of Urgent Care. Not a big deal and folks like to do that, it just seems like the business model or marketing is not aligned with reality. We have gotten a lot of that though since the Pandemic in general. Kind of handicap accessible, but some tough hills while I was on crutches. Didn't see coffee at a glance. Building was hot. Not sure why? Kind of weird for a basement floor to be 75. Particularly in mid October. Staff was great and they were able to test my blood and call and give results and upload to My chart. Great Job!"

"My visit was great. Really nice people. I went for my newborns 3 day check up by myself, I am a first time mother and of course had some struggles. Nurse Alva helped me out so much with my baby as I was overwhelmed. I appreciate her not judging me and helping me instead. Super sweet and kind. Thank you Nurse Alva."

"I had an appointment with Dr. Modjulie Alexandra Moore,I was 10 minutes late for my appointment, but the front desk asked the doctor she accepted to meet me, but unfortunately the doctor left me in a room more than half an hour waiting for her after that she sent me a nurse (NP) telling me that a doctor you will see she will is discussing with you the results of CT HEAD WO CONTRAST ,but I told her I didn't do it yet but I have an appointment in 20 minutes to go to another hospital and do a CT HEAD WO CONTRAST,I asked (NP) Why the doctor will discuss with me Results that I didn't get it Yet?. Is the doctor didn't know my medical Record? And because the door of a room was open, I saw the doctor left out of another room and she went to work on a computer and I waited for her for 7 minutes. Then I told the nurse why the doctor did not come yet, I have another appointment and I will be late for it. She told me she will come but you must call and cancel CT HEAD WO CONTRAST if you want to meet this doctor, but I refused I told her that it is very difficult to get another appointment soon , especially should not be accompanied by my children and my husband works truck driver in the road,I don't have who gonna take care of my children,and my husband is out of town working asTruck driver. I was standing by the room waiting for the doctor saw me ,and she didn't care ,so I told nurse I will leave because I have an other appointment. Because I was at the UNC Family Medicine Center at Chapel Hill with Dr. Modjulie Alexandra Moore for discussing my results for ENDOSCOPY and do my 1AC blood tests because I stopped taking my treatments for diabete"
