"It was a cold friday night, and my girlfriend's family and I decided to go to our favorite hot pot restaurant in long island city, but for some reason, they closed for renovation, and that’s why we decided to go to Da Long Yi Hot Pot. We were lucky that we had the table right away. By far for anyone who looking for flavorful hotpot in long island city. I absolutely recommend you to try Da Long Yi hot pot. The quality of meat are excellent. The chestnut chicken soup is rich and creamy."
"We are fans of Da Long Yi Hot Pot and so excited they opened up their new location in LIC. We love to have a beautiful spread when we have hotpot. My personal recommendation is their combo which came with various ingredients in smaller portion. Peppercorn Numbing Tender Beef looks beautiful. The beef was extremely soft and tender with flavorful seasoning."
"Some of the best hot pot you’ll find in NYC - wish we came here sooner! The service is great and the food is very fresh. They have a lot of options to choose from when you’re creating your own sauce. The vibe inside is very nice and quite spacious. Looking forward to coming back again sometime soon!"
"Solid place for hot pot! Has a large variety of soup broth, so okay even for people who don’t eat spicy things like me. The sauce bar is great, and has some side snacks/after meal dessert as well. The meat quality was good. Vegetables are a bit overpriced (6 small pieces of taro for $6!? Vegetable portions were small), so maybe avoid that. Overall a solid spot if you don’t want to go all the way to Flushing!"
