"My review is one on a personal level to the owner of this establishment. A few weeks ago I was returning from NJ to CT and had a flat tire on the Saw Mill Pkwy (NY). I brought out my spare and jack and as was about to start as a car stops nearby offering to help. I accepted and a gentleman by the name of David (owner of YW&T) went on to change the tire quickly. I offered to pay but he did not accept. I thanked him in person, but would like to thank him publicly here for going out of his way (as he was also on his way home from a hard day's work) to help a stranger and for his noble gesture of goodwill. Thank you David!"
"I came to replace two new tires (brought by me, not purchased from them). The employee who did the service broke two bolts from one of the wheels. He said they were already broken which was not true. I allowed him to complete the change, I paid for the service and went to other shop to get new bolts and pay more money. Employees should be better trained. Service is not professional."
"Come in To fix A tire that had a slow leak but the guys There convinced me to upgrade on the rims and Yep they did. Guys test couple of options have alot of different styles of rims and new Tires. Great service be back soon."
