"To say I'm disappointed in the jacket would be an understatement. I expected cowhide. This smells like rubber, feels like rubber, retains heat like rubber, and does not scratch. I have no want nor desire to wear a cheaply made tire carcass. The website is just as disappointing as the product. So is the customer service. We have emailed twice, and have called, and no answer. When realizing that when I returned the product that I would have to pay for shipping and a restocking fee. I should not have to pay for something that was not advertised on their website! I don't recommend this product! Also, going to contact the BBB. Still waiting on my refund and a return email! -very unhappy customer"

"Great personal service by the owner. I needed leather boots and the selection was adequate. Prices are very reasonable and there's a really nice selection of gear. When I'm ready to buy a leather jacket I'll be back to A&H Apparel. A wide selection of jackets for size and style. They also have textile jackets and lots of vests. Gloves, Chaps, coats and other accessories available. Support local business and save $ over the dealership prices. If your size isn't in the inventory, owner said they can get your order in next day or two."
