"My wife ordered a burrito bowl, chips and guacamole on the App for us to split on a busy hectic Friday night just having come from making funeral arrangements for my dad. Her rewards gave a free guacamole. She gets to chipotle, order not ready. Claim app is “down”. She told them she had a free guacamole. Cashier says no, rolls her eyes. Wife asks for manager. Gets an African American with dreads stating he can’t give side of guacamole (we are talking about a $2.85 side here people) just ridiculous. Then he whispers to cashier not to “ respond” to my wife being annoyed. That’s the spirit! Make the customer feel bad for YOUR app problem. On top of it all, food was totally COLD!!! Place totally sucks. Never again. Go to Margarita’s Cafe around the corner. You’ll get real Mexican authentic food without the attitude!!! No wonder chipotle’s are closing down nationwide. Do better training your employees!!!"
"Been there 3 times cause I am working close by, its been the same deal every time. They skimp out on the protein to the extend that it’s just disrespectful. Ordered a bowl and they put literally 1/2 a scoop of steak, when I asked them for more they gave me two more chunks of meat and charged me $17. Just to the greek spot next door."
"To the manager/whoever is in charge of this Chipotle, If you’re going to start charging extra for more than one salad dressing, you might want to start by actually filling them up. I get a big salad bowl and ask for 2 salad dressings. I’m handed this 1/3 full cup of salad dressing as seen, then get told that more than one is an extra charge. If you want to charge extra for full cups, that’s fine, but don’t charge me for air in a cup. Thanks, Frequent Chipotle Customer"
"I have been to this location multiple times, and unfortunately, the past most recent times have been horrible. For one, today I went to pick up my food and I noticed that my chips were not in my bag. I went back in and asked about this, and was told that the fryer was broken. If I didn’t question this I would have been paying for chips that I wasn’t eating. Finally, I got home to see that A GREAT BIG HAIR in my food. I tried to contact the location multiple times and never got a human being to speak to. With all this said I will NOT be coming back here for a very long time. At least Moes Mexican Grill gives me FREE chips and good service."
