They were able to help me determine whether or not my son was on our plan, and when we realized he wasn't, they were very fast to offer a discounted rate for his first appointment. When we arrived, we were welcomed by name and had maybe a 45 second wait before we were called back to be seen by Dr. Tran. Dr. Tran was amazing with my 2.5 year old son. He was thorough yet quick.
