La Fondita

"This is the best Mexican food. Everything tastes great. I have eaten at La Fondita many times. On each visit I tried a different dish. The food is absolutely delicious! I have eaten enchiladas with mole sauce, chilaquiles in green sauce, pambazos, quesadillas, and more. I highly recommend going to the restaurant to get one of the specials of the day. These dishes change from time to time, you will have the opportunity to have a unique culinary experience. One of their specials of the day was one of the tastiest dishes I have ever had. I ordered Huauzontle, which is not a very common item in restaurants. For those that do not know, Huauzontle is a long stemmed green that they wrap in a delicate batter, bathed in a delectable sauce. I am so glad I ordered it. I also loved eating other specialties dishes, such as chile relleno, chicken in mole sauce, pipian verde, and the gorditas. There are also great options from the standard menu. The mole sauce on the enchiladas is heavenly. Another great thing is that they have fresh corn tortillas. It is the only restaurant I have been to that has them. They also have excellent micheladas. So when you get thirsty you can have a refreshing michelada to accompany your meal. La Fondita is a charming restaurant that plays great music. The portions of food are the perfect size. The staff is also super friendly. I am looking forward to eating there again."

"Excellent customer service food was fresh, fast and tasted very good. Also one of the best priced Mexican spots in the area. I would have gave it five stars but the air conditioner system has to be changed, too hot to eat in. Will continue trying new items but just to take out for now."

"First time visiting and all I can say was Wow really excellent food , great portions for a reasonable price and great Service, definitely more than what I was expecting. If you're looking for authentic Mexican homemade food this is the right place, keep in mind that as the name says its a Fondita so its not a big place but it has way better taste than any other Mexican restaurant around, very clean and organized, unfortunately it feels a little to hot dinning in since it's a small place but they're working on fixing that as soon is possible, it needs more decorations but other than it's a great place to enjoy it real Mexican food, I definitely recommend it! and for sure this will be one of my favorite places to visit."
