"I never post reviews, let alone bad ones (try not to be a Karen), but this was just ridiculous. Last Saturday I called to have a cut and color done. The call went to VM and I got a message asking to text instead. Well, several texts and hours later, finally get an appointment set - I'm unsure why someone couldn't call when they had a moment to help make the appointment faster, but what can you do... Thursday at 430 was the agreed date and time. Thursday comes and hairdresser messages me at 12 21PM stating she had to reschedule. No reason as to why, just she needed to reschedule then asked me my availability, which I sent promptly. 3 hours pass by and no answer. I message the salon instead this time and ask if maybe someone else can do it at another time because I didn't want to keep bothering someone just to make an appointment, she hadn't even responded to the text she requested. The response I got that it was okay to message the stylist and that she would get back to me later, probably. Yep. "Probably." All day, still no response. So, I think to myself, maybe she just needed to look at the schedule the next day to see when she could do it - not that I'd gotten any communication at this point to indicate this. Here it is. Saturday and I have not gotten one single text as a follow up or to reschedule since Thursday. So unprofessional to have to text and take hours just to make an appointment, for it to be canceled 4 hours before said appointment and then no reason for reschedule, then a vague answer from the salon that the stylist PROBABLY will answer later... and then still nothing at all. All I needed was simple communication, which didn't happen at all. I've never dealt with anything like this and it's really frustrating.  Good luck to everyone who can make it in, hope your experience is better than mine (or rather, lack there of)."

"Awesome place to go to get hair done, I got a perm by Debbie and she did an amazing job !! She was very nice. I was there about 4 hours as my hair is very long and thick. She took her time and the results were amazing! I only paid 100$ for the perm and I normally pay almost 200$ at other places. By far the best experience. I will definitely be using her as my hairstylist from now on! I must add the salon is beautiful! And very clean!"

"I got my eyebrows microbladed there by Julie, and I’m very impressed! Highly recommend! This is my third time having them microbladed (first two times was done elsewhere), and this has by far been the best experience. She did an amazing job! They healed completely in less than two weeks, and even retained all the pigment in only one session! Color matched perfectly, shape is great! Nice people, clean and professional! Ty!"
