"I called to schedule an appointment. The girl said I have to send out your name & number to the others, whoever is available will call you. That was 4 weeks ago. I am surprised because I had made an appointment before with Patty the owner but she had to cancel because she had covid. I explained it to the girl wondering why I couldn't have Patty again, she said I have to see who's available. She didn't seem like she wanted me to come in. Places I used to use always had a book with hairdressers schedules to see who was available. It's too bad. Their shop is close to me, I am looking for a new salon, Patty seemed very nice and based on reviews here it seemed like it would be a good place to come to."
