"The team of stylists here are friendly, professional, and talented. It is a clean, welcoming salon. They are often too booked up for walk-in appointments as there are many regular, repeat customers, so I highly recommend calling or scheduling ahead online. I've been a customer here for almost ten years and I look forward to my appointments and I'm always happy when I leave. All of the stylists are wonderful but I primarily see Eliza for cut and color, but often rotate between Eliza, Natalie, and Kayla. Sometimes I see Erica or Nicole too when the schedule is packed. They are very accommodating and I just love knowing I'll be pampered by any one of the ladies I see that day. Really, they are all wonderful. Keep up the great work ladies!"

"Brought my adult son in for a haricut as our regular barber was overbooked due to an injury of his partner. He told the young lady a front spike and #2 on the sides and back. Before I knew it I see her clipping him #2 ALL around. Clearly has no clue what a front spike is. When I got home even that was not even! He could not tell while in the chair as his glasses were off and he cant see much without them. He looks silly but is being very good about it. Needless to say we will NEVER return to Hairzoo."

"Eliza is very talented. I usually hate getting my hair cut because it is hard to schedule, takes too long and the result is...okay. I had the opposite experience today at the HairZoo in East Rochester with Eliza! The online appointment was super easy. Eliza was done with the haircut in 20 minutes and spent the rest of the appointment curling my hair. When I looked in the mirror at the back of my hair, I could not believe the result! I said it didn't look like my hair. My hair is thin and frizzy. It does NOT usually look like this!"
