"Wrote false information on my health reports on crucial topics due to rushing to fill out my forms for school/work. After my school called to show their concerns on my false health conditions that prevented me from participating in some school events, they filled the forms out again correctly but then lost them. I had to change my doctor as soon as possible to a professional and more conscious doctor who cares about his/her patients. The receptionist lady not once apologized and made me drive each time to give the forms because they don’t have the technology to receive emails in 2022. I would give this place 0 stars if possible. Never would recommend."

"Can't say enough nice things about this office. We didn't select a pediatrician before our son was born, but called Portland Pediatrics because they are close to our home. They immediately got us established and booked us a necessary appointment the day after I was discharged from the hospital - on a Saturday. They are always able to accommodate same day appointments when we've had a concern and are very reassuring and kind to us as first time parents. We regularly see Dr. Noel, but have seen Dr. Preston and Dr. Speares for short notice appointments. All three are great and the nursing staff and office staff we've encountered are also all stellar!"

"Dr. Preston was kind and thorough but Dr. Noel and the rest of the staff don't seem to have any empathy. It was made abundantly clear that Dr. Noel did not believe my son was in pain and he became extremely patronizing. 10/10 do not recommend."

"The stars I am giving are to Dr. Preston for taking good care of my daughter. The stars I'm not giving are for the questionable billing practices and the lousy attitudes of the staff in charge of overseeing the billing. I audit office visit coding for a living, and when I pointed out we were overcharged on not one, but two visits, we were told to find another office if we didn't like it. They tried to justify their coding by pointing to dated guidelines, and when I attempted to very carefully point that out, we were hung up on and left hanging. They see no issue with charging a level 4 visit for a common cold with no prescription written, and in no outpatient setting is this okay to do. Sadly, we will be shopping for another pediatrician."
