"Hair stylist and front desk are nice, and I’ve had 2 good experiences in the past, however, I went in for my most recent haircut and the hair stylist went through my very thick hair with thinning shears for “texturizing” when all I wanted was a trim. I did get the trim the length I wanted but, I love my thick hair and now it is lack luster and lacking any sort of dimension. Make sure you know what is happening before it’s too late, and be very clear about what you want . Before I knew it she had cut a huge chunk out of my hair without the stylist asking me if I wanted her to “texturize” it with thinning shears. Typically they are pretty good, and listen to what you’re wanting done for your hair. BE AWARE!"

My stylist (wish I had asked her name) was very attentive, professional and did a fantastic job. Excellent value for money too!! I will definitely be back ..."
