"Long time customer, but not worth the trip anymore as the prices are in line with deli cheese in our area. Always buying multiple 3 yr old sharp tasted like 1 year old at best when having some that night.. Shame on me for buying $ 60 worth of it after feeling how soft the cheese was in its package in the store signaling a not aged product - plus they had no cracks or fissures another sign of a aged " 3 year old " sharp cheese. Prices had gone up a lot from our last visit but expected as thats life now - but a cheese that tasted like WalMart cheese is not in our future. If It matters I am7 2 and a extra sharp cheese addict all my life - I know cheese and finding a good place is hard - this shop is now off our list."
"Had some bologna and cheese curd sent to Georgia to my son. They shipped it out on Tuesday the 12 and it arrived at 1:30 pm today the 14th. Great deal all the way around. Will definitely be using them from now on. Great job!"

"I can't drive through Lowville without stopping. Thursdays are a must. That's when they get fresh cheese curd in from Great Lakes. If you are a cream chese lover, they have often have Philadelphia CC blocks for a buck. Get on their email list and you'll know. Now if you are and aged cheddar fan, they carry all ages. I especially like the 5 year old."
