"PLEASE READ BLACK WOMEN Not a great salon for 4c hair. The lady that blows dry was not gentle. Also, she cut so much of my hair when I only wanted a trim. She ruined my hair!!! All cut off, damaged and short. Heat damage and they cut off most of mine and my sister's hair. I have been working on my natural 4c hair for years, and they destroyed it in one day! I told the lady how scared I was to do my hair because it was my first time in 5 years. She reassured me that everything would be alright, and she did this to me. Now, I have to start my hair journey again. It hurts so much. The worst part is that she won't refund my money. 1 year Update: I noticed that after I posted my review bunch of people started posting their reviews to increase the rating. DO NOT BE FOOLED by the rating! Especially Black women. This caused me emotional damage, so much hurt and pain that I cried every night, and anxiety to go to a salon until this day. I know that hair might now be a big deal, but if you put so much effort in your hair and your hair is a big part of your identity, it messes you up. I don’t want anyone else to go through what I did! So, please don’t be fooled by the 4.5 rating. I added more photo of after I cut my hair"
