"Forever Fresco is by far my favorite place to eat in Loudon. The adage 'Less is More' applies well here. The place is very down to earth, very clean and the staff is always very courteous. The food is delicious!!! Everything is well-seasoned, fresh and it shows that the cook cares about what he/she is putting on your plate. The menu is quite interesting - they offer from steaks to the usual Mexican fare. But twice we've been there for their freshly brewed coffee and waffles. They are fluffy, light and delicious. If you want to go to a restaurant with a home style cooking full of flavor, try Forever Fresco. Also, it is fast. We've never had to wait long for our food to come to the table."
