"First haircut in September with Rose was great. She was patient and did a great haircut. Would have had her this time but i had to change appointment snd someone else did this. I explained he has sensory issues. I tried to show a picture of last haircut but she barely glanced at it. She saud she was finished and I said it's crooked. Her reply was "I'm done he won't stop moving.". I paid $27 plus a tip for this. Maybe stylist had a bad day and just fit him in but this is how we ealjrd put of that shop. From now on if Rose is not available I'll wait until she is..I also sent a message to shop but still mo reply from them."

This time due to me changing appointment I went with someone else who was opposite of Rose who cut his hair the first time. When she said she was finished I said the back is crooked. "A week ago my almost 1 year old Son had his first real haircut here by Maria. I read reviews online and I wanted to do the kiddie first haircut experience for him at Snip-It's. My Son loved his hairdresser, Maria, and we later found out she did his cousin's first haircut too. Maria was so nice to my Son, and he took to her right away. She did a great job! He went from looking like a little baby to looking like a little man. She was patient and focused. Maria asked who my Son was named after and she thought my response was so special, and she said she could tell how loved he is. That meant a lot to us. She also said having my Son as her last haircut was the best way for her to end her day, which was really nice. It's the little things like that which stand out. You can tell she has a genuine passion for children and haircutting. The place was so cute, welcoming, kid-centric, and clean. We got to keep locks of his hair, received a certificate with his photo commemorating the experience, and he got to take home a toy. 10/10 highly recommend! Thank you, Maria!"
