"My physical experience was quite pleasant. 5 Stars for that. My telephone experience, the first phone experience wasn’t quite that pleasant. The lady was assumptive, and short with me. I almost cancelled. I called again and spoke with another lady and she was the opposite. The Second Lady, without knowing, convinced me to give them a try. I’m glad I did. It was a pleasant experience at the dentist, surprisingly. My experience was at the Amsterdam, NY location."

"Aspen Dental could see me quickly for a dental emergency. They did a lot of imaging. The practice did not comply with multiple requests for Family Medical Leave Act documentation. I had great difficulty with the requirement that one person bring me, wait, and then take me away. I had to reschedule my surgery. The practice left me without antibiotic treatment and subject to sepsis for over a month. The surgery went fine. Then I was given several prescriptions for pain medication, antibiotic and dental rinse."
