"I still have yet to talk to anyone... it's like they want you to schedule an appointment without talking to anyone. I'm a very personal person and I can't drive nearly two hours without speaking to anyone. I've attempted to make appointments and I have yet to see a response from my multiple attempts at multiple locations. They want you to download an app... deposit your money and never talk with anyone!! Makes absolutely no sense to me. However, I would still love to experience their services. I just can't imagine traveling that far and never speaking to anyone."
