"The salon has been slowly going down hill in how it operates for six months or so. I noticed the front desk manager that used to be there has left. You could tell how smooth she made the place run. She probably left bc she saw that the place either couldn't be fixed or had a better opportunity. I wouldn't waste my money here!"
"I have been all over Long Island in search of a subtle, natural looking highlight on brown hair, and finally found what I was looking for, Rolando, who is new to this salon (former owner of Paris salon in StJames) delivered! Rolando listened to what I wanted, I came prepared with photos, explained my hair nightmares, he was patient, did not rush me, and did not try to talk me into something else! I am so happy with the outcome, just what I wanted, and I will definitely be back, if you’re lost like me definitely give Rolando a try!"

"I had my wedding hair and make-up done here and it was outstanding! Diana my hair stylist was incredible, her attention to detail is unparalleled. I even came in a few weeks before the wedding to have my hair highlighted and Diana did a fantastic job that has held up wonderfully. The manager Nicole was so great with coordination, suggestions, and just an overall lovely person to have around with all of the wedding stress. Our make-up artist, Reggie, was fantastic and incredibly skilled. I felt like a princess when they were done! My sister, mother, and grandmother also had their hair and make-up here as well and everyone came out looking gorgeous! I would like to point out how great they were with my grandmother who has dementia and can get confused easily. What a wonderful way to kick off my wedding day!"
"Fantastic experience! Nicole the manager is a God-send. She helped organize the hair and makeup trials for my sisters wedding, hair and makeup, hors d’oeuvres, finger foods, bagels and drinks morning of the wedding. Reggie did everyone’s make up ... he did an amazing job. Diana and Corrieen did a beautiful job with everyone’s hair. 10/10 highly recommend!"
