"I went for an appointment and that the receptionist had made a mistake in scheduling. I couldn’t see the dentist and Janet the receptionist was rude to me and had an attitude kicking me out because the were “packed” even though there was no one there. I ask for an accommodation as I am going back to college and won’t be in New York but she was rude and ignored me while on her phone."
