"I got a manicure and pedicure and eyebrow from Amy , I gave her a $ 15 tip and she looked at it like how dare I. I’m sorry I paid for my service so the fact that you telling me how much I should tip, is some damn audacity. They talk about you in their language, please you guys come dime a dozen, I will take my business else where."
"I was a very loyal customer to this place and especially to one girl named LUCY. But I walked in asked for Lucy and she had the nerve to tell me that she didn’t want to do my nails any more because I didn’t tip her enough. The audacity, when I would always tip her $20+. I’ve never been to a place where they demanded tip. Once I went to ONLY TAKE POLISH OFF MY TOES AND AMY managed to cut my toe in the process. So when it was time to pay I did not want to tip her, for obvious reasons & the owner MO demanded I tipped her. MO always puts the prices up, maybe she should pay these women more instead of begging for tips. I’d never go back here again. They have lost a loyal customer of 3 years."

"Spacious, clean, organized and friendly. Good prices without having to sacrifice quality. I only let Alex do my nails as I usually have acrylic. He does such an amazing job, he takes his time, and he's so friendly. Honestly I'm never that crazy about my pedicure, it's pretty mediocre, I really just come so Alex can do my nails (he doesn't do pedicures)."
