"Upon recommendation by my family I went to Dr pacinelli for upper and lower prosthesis to be installed on implants. Due to medical reasons I am not a candidate for dentures thus leaving me very limited options. While it was most unpleasant to to every tooth due medical condition early in life my experience with Dr Pacinelli and his staff was comforting and pleasant. "He is the best ! Not only did he do an amazing job with my crown but he is 100% honest. I had other doctors wanting to give me like 4-6 veneers but Dr.Pacinelli was against that since day 1. He could have agreed and taken my money but he is not that type of doctor. If you need anything cosmetic go to him he is amazing and if he cannot help you he will send you to the right doctor.
