"I recently was given the modern day mullet at this Salon. I won't name a stylist but I will say using the butt of a brush to move my head was the first insult. Then having the crown/top of my hair so short it stands straight up, leaving the back and sides much longer. Advice: if your stylist is in a bad mood, run for the Hills! Never again"
"The hair stylist did my hair exactly and perfectly as I asked and was very friendly, as well as the rest of the staff. If you come in with an appointment there is no wait time and they do everything very quickly and efficiently"
"I made an appointment for a Keratin with Susan. During my appointment the owner was cursing and yelling throughout the salon because he was upset about something. The keratin treatment itself was fine, but after Susan had me stand up and she cut only the front of my hair for less than two minutes then proceeded to charge me an additional $80 for a haircut that I didn’t ask for or want. I had to run, but called the next day to discuss and ask for a haircut refund. They told me that was a full haircut and was worth the $80 I paid. Truly unbelievable and would not recommend at all!"
