"I stopped by at 9:45 PM on Wednesday December 27, 2023. In my order included a large fry for my daughter. After waiting long line on drive thru, we get all food, but we didn't get large fry, instead we got a regular size of fry which is just fill up half of container. I work in customer service, so I rarely have any complaint. However this is too bad for a large fry. I posted pictures, let look at pictures and see how bad a large side they gave me. I turned my car back to thr line of drive thru, and decided to file a complaint, even I know we have to wait in line. The lady behind the drive thru window looked at the fry and raised her eye brown. She called the manager over to talk to me, and she told him that I ordered a large fry. I ask the manager to double check if this was a large size many times, but he always confirmed that the large size of fry and nothing wrong. He showed me a small size container and confirm I had large size. I told him this is regular size, not large one that I paid for as show in my receipt. Also, I want to order another fry because this is so little for my daughter. He told me he don't want to take my order anymore and would not talk to me. I replied I have to talk because I paid for a large fry which I didn't get it. He asked the lady close the drive thru window. She did close the window. The day after I came back to ask for owner or owner number, I saw the same manager I talked to last night. He replied the owner wasn't here and he doesn't have owner number. This is dishonest, and unacceptable in business. I wish either owner or Corporation could contact me for this problem."

"Service was fine, the lady behind the counter was nice and the food was delivered in a somewhat timely fashion however while we sat down and ate lunch I noticed some crows, seagulls and other small birds eating the trash in the drive through, I thought they where eating the food out of the trash but after closer analysis they where in fact ripping up the trash and eating it. After seeing that I looked around and saw more and more trash and garbage lying around the property. It’s kind of gross to be completely honest and is a direct reflection of the franchise itself, if you can’t keep your property clean on the outside what makes you think anyone would assume your restaurant is clean on the inside? This is not only an issue for the health and safety of costumers but the environment & animals aswell. I shouldn’t be watching birds eat garbage that will eventually kill them thanks to Taco Bell not keeping their property clean."
