"I found this dentist during a time of me being in a lot of pain they were very welcoming and polite which I appreciated but nov 14th I went to get my fill ins done due to me having 2 cavities and the lady who did the work was always very sweet always answered every question I had but her assistant or whatever she is was very rough and preceded pushing the tools down very hard in my mouth and I let that be known numerous times so I ended up holding the tools because I was already in pain and by her applying rough pressure made it worst fast forward to today I was reaching out through out the month about another procedure I was supposed to have done before this they kept giving me the run around because I had to tell a dentist from before to release a hold they had even called them yesterday did everything they asked come to find out the assistant got me dropped from the dentist because she lied and said I was recording her which honest to god never happened but it all made sense to why she was so rough and kind of off energy wise if that was so called the case why wasn’t I confronted right than in there that’s so ridiculous to me great dentist for sure just has an unprofessional worker … (posting for someone)"

"My first time going here and such a great practice. I can’t say enough about Dr Hedgur. Such a thorough examination and provided great options to correct some issues that she identified. She without a doubt knows her stuff. I highly recommend her. Had my cleaning and has a very light touch. They accept insurance and work directly with them to get information on what they will cover which makes it easier to see the best options available for future dental work. The staff there are very friendly and courteous and that tops off the whole experience. If you are looking for a great set of dentists this is the place to go."

"Went here/sent my parent here because of the really good ratings. Going to have to be honest, my experience was fine, but in my mother’s case, doctor overlooked a lot of things. As a result, she’s having to get lots of work done and redone, and if caught earlier, outcome would’ve been better. Not sure how serious gum/tooth damage was overlooked. Fillings fell out, one by one. Go to someone else. EDIT: Thank you for your response. I stand by what I said. I understand some treatment is voluntary, but when treatment opted into wasn’t done correctly…..this is not up for debate. Facts are what they are, irrespective of whether you try to deny it. Quality of work here is indefensible. If you’ve stuck around to read these reviews, please take a note of this one as well. I am loath to comment on most businesses, but felt compelled to come on here and leave a review."

"I had a very pleasant experience at the Bethpage office. Megan, the dental hygienist was very caring and explained the entire process to me. I was nervous at first, but she was very gentle during the whole visit. Dr. Shah was also very nice and made me feel welcome. Thank you for the great experience!"
