"I had call to get some information about services and insurance , and from the beginning till I cut her ( receptionist ) was negative and rude . Locked of info with “ but” for everything."

"There is only one dentist here but she is very personable and takes her time to answer your questions. I was a patient here for many years, I came every 6 months to get my cleanings, had a root canal and several white and metal fillings. I called one day to check on my 6 month appointment and found out they don’t take my insurance anymore. I’ve ran into this issue also with my son’s dentist I feel as if they should call us and let us know that they don’t take our insurance anymore instead of finding out when we call to check on our appointment or it’s time for our appointment oh by the way, we don’t take your insurance anymore. But overall it’s a nice place. It is a freestanding house converted into a dentist office. The waiting is room is quaint, has a tv and is newly remodeled with updated furniture. I had a very good experience here and they’re willing to work with you with payment plans when I had to get my white fillings. I didn’t have all the money and they let me do a payment plan and it was very convenient. My mother starting coming after I became a patient and is still getting her general dentistry here. My fiancé recently needed to find a new dentist they take his insurance. He needs a cleaning and x-rays as well as an extraction but again they don’t do extractions here so it was only a week wait for him to come and be seen to get the referral for an oral surgeon. Now he can’t get an appointment until February for a cleaning or any other work and this is because there is only one dentist here which is Dr. Suri. This is why I gave this place only four stars instead of the five. Because if you wanted to be a new patient and you needed a cleaning and x-rays you’re going to be waiting many months that’s five months wait he has to wait but overall good place once you get in and you get acclimated, hear the service as well. They do a good job. I had a very good experience coming here. I do recommend this place. Last thing I just wanted to head while taking pictures parking lot is small and tight. Eight slots and one handicap."

"BEWARE!!!! IF YOU CANT AFFORD OUT OF POCKET DENTAL SERVICES !! I have been going to Dr.Suri for about 2 years. I started with her when I had about 6-7 cavities. I hate the dentist but with her I felt comfortable. All was great until I recently ended up needing 3 root canals. They put in a claim to my insurance for the procedure which part of it was denied bc my insurance doesn’t cover the way she wants to do my root canal. The dentist only does her root canals one way and doing it this way would cost me $900 ( $300 per tooth) bc it’s not part of my benefits( I’ve been told that no insurance will cover a core build up procedure only the crown and post procedure) The receptionist knew my insurance would deny it but she put it through anyway( bc they wanted the money ) and now I have to wait even longer for that to be canceled and a new claim with the specialist to be put through. I was told she will not do this procedure unless I paid for it , so I needed to find another place to do it that I wouldn’t come out of pocket. Now that I’ve done that , she won’t accept me as a patient anymore . I was told and I quote “Dr.Suri frowns upon using 2 different dentists so good luck “ I went to a specialist not just another dentist. So basically bc I couldn’t afford $900, I can no longer go to her office for dental work. All she cares about is money and not the health of her patients."

"Dr. Suri is great, very gentle, no pain. I was welcomed to smiles on wellwood with no judgment of my history of significant dental work. I had not been to the dentist in about 10 years. Raquel the hygienist is so sweet and kind and knowledgeable about her craft. Dolores at the front desk runs a tight ship and is great with following up with your insurance and making sure you know what's covered and what's not. Jessica was great also, so polite and assuring! For someone who hadn't had a cleaning in 10 years I have since had 3 in the last year because I finally feel comfortable and without judgment under Dr. Suri and her staffs care."

"I'm not young.. been to many dentists. I have to say that Dr Suri and her entire staff are BY FAR the best bunch of dental professionals I've ever gone to. I know that people are motivated to leave reviews when they have had a bad experience... and I guess every business has a few bad experiences, but I've been to 4 visits over the past year. Not always with the same person... and I've always felt well cared for and very comfortable. I've never been made to wait long... DrSuri explains every move she is about to make... her front office has been up front and straight forward about insurance requirements. It's never fun going to the dentist, but at least now I've finally found a good one. Highly Recommend"
