"If I could give 0 stars I would. I would give that rating for the front office/administration not the dentist(although at my appointment i found out the other dentist left and now have a brand new treatment plan that need addition approval). To begin it seems that everytime I get work done and pay there is an outstanding balance in addition to what I already paid. I am always put on hold and when I call and they never pick up or call back as promised. I waited 4 months for a treatment pre-approval that was never submitted as I was told it was on numerous occasions. I get one answer in person and one on the phone. Once they applied the deductible to work that was done the previous year. When I requested copies of my records was told I am not allowed copies of my own records."
