"I had a crown put on my tooth 3 years ago. My original dentist had no appointments today so I went to KFA dental after I cracked my crown. I was seen by Dr. Kregal (Not sure if that’s how you spell it). I had an X-ray done & she did an exam of my tooth, to which she concluded it was “fractured” and told me I’d have to wait to have an IMPLANT. I asked her why she thought it was fractured and not only could she not explain why, she also told me her reason was I was shivering from pain in the exam chair. This was not true so i pushed down on my tooth to show that it was not painful and instead of admitting she may have been wrong she told me that I should get a second opinion, and that she didn’t do root canals. So I asked her what she does and she told me she “doesn’t have to explain.” I got up and left obviously. Zero bed side manners and respect for her patient.It’s one thing to not be able to make a solution, it’s another to be wrong and not honestly admit it so you opt to conceal other treatment options and allow a patient to walk out of your office with half their crown cracked. I just came to my original dentist who thankfully squeezed me in and what do you know, he just fixed my tooth in less than 15 minutes, no fracture on X-ray. Do not go to this place"

"For the past twenty-five years, it has been my extreme pleasure experiencing great dental care at KFA Dental! Dr. Kahn not only has been the most marvelous dentist but, his sheer professionalism far surpasses any of my EXPECTATIONS! Entering this glamorous immaculate office, makes one feel like you're in your own living room! Kudos to each staff member, they extrude warm and pleasant ambience! Initially, I lived in Massapequa so Farmingdale was fairly close to home- I moved into Queens, no distance would ever deter me from changing to a closer dental office!"
