"Lynbrook Smiles submitted 2 insurance claims for me with a dentist I never was serviced by. My insurance company had to intervene to get money paid to the dentist returned to the insurance company. It was a long and frustrating experience. I recommend you do not use this dental office for any services and if you do, do not trust anything they tell you. Additionally, the prices the office quoted me for one implant was close to $9000 out of pocket in comparison to another reputable dental office which is only costing me about $3000 out of pocket. I suggest you stay away from Lynbrook Smiles Dental office."

"My mom needed a dentist after an accident and I saw the reviews and decided to try them. From the first time I called to make an appointment I had a good feeling because of how pleasant the person on the phone was, and when we got there the same was true! Everyone was so pleasant and happy and smiling, (which is ironic because I thought maybe that’s another reason that they call the business Lynbrook Smiles)! They were so helpful and kind to my mom, and I like the fact that they were a family business. I saw how happy the other patients were that were there previously and I like the fact that the doctor asked about a patient’s whole family.. leading me to believe that he had a history with them. The business was established in 1952 and it was so refreshing to have such good service and competency like the old days. They even called because they had gotten the item that was needed early and told us we could come in two hours before our appointment, which was very nice as well. I highly recommend this business and I am glad it’s in my neighborhood and I intend to pass the word around to support them for another 60 years! I also liked all the services that they provided."
