"This office is giving me the runaround. Called multiple times, talked to secretary and she asked me to send my X-rays which I did and yet won’t give me an appointment. Emailed and called several more times and am encountering unprofessional conduct. So many excuses. They told me they don’t take ‘out of state’ patients but I have family in the area. And it is a lie they do not accept out of state patients as there is a review here from an out of state patient. Also, I have been an out of state patient in the past, was referred by an out of state patient, paid my exorbitant bill in full day of, and referred many people to this practice. I am a patient of record and yet they are refusing to respond to my straightforward and direct requests for an appointment. So not okay to request my sensitive medical data (X-rays and treatment plan) and still passive aggressively give me the runaround. Update: Still no response from this office days later after very straightforward email and phone call requests for appointment."
