"Due to Covid I feel like he did not take the time needed with me. When I went in for 1week post surgery I told him that I was leaking fluid and the seam was opening. He stood 6feet away and told me it was fine just keep gauze on it. I called his office a couple days later and told him I was standing in a puddle of bodily fluid. They said he said to tell me if it was clear I would be fine. So I felt I was being overly cautious a week later I found myself in hospital with MRSA and Covid With a 73day stay in hospital I feel like if he would have taken the time to realize I had an infection from the surgery and taken care of it I could have fought the Covid better. I think he is an excellent surgeon but feel he dropped the ball on this one."

"I didn't get to meet Dr.Smith until morning of my surgery but he came in on time and was very pleasant. He explained how the procedure would be done in an easy professional way. Did an excellent job on procedure and I experienced no pain afterward. When I went back in for my two week follow up he answered all questions I had and removed my staples.once again he was very pleasant and professional. Would definitely recommend/use again. The procedure was for a large cyst I had on the back on my head."
