"I went in for a Express Keratin Treatment (95$) & the environment was very inviting. However, As I was about to get my treatment my hairstylist “Linda” decided to tell my hair was very very uneven and that I needed a trim. I said no thank you. She then proceeded to tell me she would only snip the teeniest bit to make it even. I asked how much it would cost and she never answered. My total came out to 147$. I originally went in thinking i would be paying 95$ plus tip. The teeniest bit of cutting cost me 52$. I didn’t even receive a full haircut. If I would have booked a haircut plus the Express Keratin Treatment (same thing) It would have only been 102$. I gave 162$ (15$ tip) because I am a person with a good heart and have always been respectful of tipping. However, I don’t appreciate being deceived for money & it is not kind at all. I will not be coming back here, and I hope this can prevent from other people being tricked into paying way more than they intended."
"Yesterday I went Christmas shopping for my daughter and the cashier Aliorlany went out of her way to help me. She was kind and helpful and gave great customer service! It’s always a pleasure to shop at this location, the staff is super helpful and knowledgeable!"

I wasn't able to pick up everything I intended to get as their fragrance section is limited unlike other locations and they were sold out of other items but at check out Diana was personable and eager to to answer a few questions I had. She was informative, attentive, kind and helpful."
"Susanne Elite Stylist was absolutely amazing with my hair. The time and care she took was so great. I am super picky and have never gone to a colorist without a friend referring me. Will definitely be coming back. She is an A+ color and stylist!"
