"When you arrive there is no signage to direct you to the proper office suite of the building. When you go in there's a group of idiots waiting at the door to direct you to an elevator with 7 floors but dont tell you that. When you get to the elevator there is no sign telling which floor the place is on. I assume you should just get on and ride it till you find it???? Or you must have to summons some spirit to tell you which floor this place is located on, because for some reason Norvant can't afford lettering or signage to direct patients to this place. Even a word doc in large font would be better than this....In case you're wondering hopelessly through the building as we were, the place is on the 3rd floor. (You're welcome!) HOWEVER if you are a new patient they must take your picture to link to your account. Instead of buying cameras they should've purchased signs. I asked my relative if she is truly comfortable in the hands of people who aren't insightful enough to realize the importance of signs and maps inside of large buildings. I know I wouldn't be."
