"Eyelash extensions are terrible. You have to sit in a hot salon with no AC in an uncomfortable chair. You don’t get to lay down and relax. 70% of mine fell out after three days. I kept them dry for 48 hours and followed all instructions (that I looked up myself because I wasn’t given any.) The customer service was jacked. It also costs more than pretty much all the competition in the area ($120 for full set) and it is not worth the cost. The place is real small and cramped with little ventilation. You pay high end prices for a low end experience here."

"$345 for a bleached dark closure (except the knots) & toned a weird grey. Re-bleached and almost corrected at Ulta but I have to smear grey cover up to hide orange. Promised a blonde match. DO NOT GO."
