"I only got to call the office a couple of times and I am very unsatisfied. I called on a Saturday for an emergency. First, the receptionist put me on hold for a couple of minutes, then she came back and then she put me on hold again after 30 seconds, although this was a short one. Who puts you on hold twice in a row? To their credit they did make an appointment, but 2 minutes later called saying that the computer froze and they could not enter the system or take X-rays and they wanted to reschedule for Monday. I had explained that I had swelling and pain on my tooth and wanted to have it checked as soon as possible. She went on about how their X-rays are so modern while the system had frozen and they could not access their computers.Anyways, very poor handling so I am not going to that office ever."
