Comb and Collar Pet Grooming Apex, NC 27523

"We used them because the groomer we had been using worked there. Suddenly he was no longer there but we still had an appointment so we kept it. Upon arrival we spoke to them and asked could we check on our dog during grooming. The lady was rude and stated thats against our policy. Well this is the first time we had ever seen these people and wanted to build trust. The gentleman just handed our dog back to my daughter without any other explanation got back in there truck and drove away. I am pretty sure other people consider their dog as part of the family as we do. I would never recommend them due to the way we where treated. I am not sure because no one will answer the phone but i feel it was the owners that arrived at our home. Stay away from this company!!!!!"

"I changed to this grooming company because of previous stylist. My dog Bryson was groomed by him since he was a pup, but then was abruptly no longer working for them. This evening they texted me and asked (after van issues for 2wks) if I was available for him to be cut...I told the guy (assuming an owner) what I wanted done and that I wanted his hair to remain long and that's not what I got. He brought my pet back, cut short all at one length all over (Miniature Schnauzer) including the legs and paws. He looked miserable and a mess. When I complained about the cut and advised them that I wasn't pleased (after paying for it), the guy canceled my future appointments and put me on an inactive list. Advising me that I was basically being difficult and I advised him that he was just being lazy. My dog is spoiled, bathed & cut every 4 weeks and brushed daily....this shouldn't happen to anyone & the current groomers/owners should not be allowed to handle your pet/child. Beware of this company!"
