"They are the worst dentist I've ever been to they canceled me 3 times last year and scheduled me for an appointment for the For 4 months when When I got there on January 19th She said They tried to call me to cancel the appointment Didn't receive any phone calls I didn't see any canceled calls I didn't get a message anything so she lied to me so I told him I'm done with this place. Horrible experience with this dentist"

"Appointment was for 11am. Wasn’t taken in until noon and that was for X-rays only. Was told it would be 30 minutes more for hygienist/cleaning. At 12:45 was still waiting. At 1pm was taken in and told it would be a few minutes - 15 minutes later still no hygienist. Wanted to leave at this point but was told I would be charged because X-rays had been done. Hygienist finally showed up and cleaned my teeth and was done close to 3pm. She said I would need to come back to see dentist so I didn’t have to wait longer. No thank you! Not after a 3 hour wait. Came to find out no dentist was there on Friday’s. Canceled my husbands appointment for the following week and will not ever return there - awful experience and ridiculous to wait that long. Run far and fast and find another dentist!!!"

"The worst. Ruined my teeth. Going to sue them. Every filling fell out. Drilled into healthy teeth. Tried billing insurance company for work they didn't do. The dentist was so drunk he literally fell down. Do not use under any circumstances ."

"I deeply regret my decision to visit Dr. Anthony's office back in August. It's now October, and my regret has only grown as I find myself still suffering from excruciating pain and the distressing development of painful bumps on my gums. The fact that I've been enduring this pain for months is disheartening, to say the least. My attempts to seek help and clarification from Dr. Anthony's office have been met with frustration as well. Despite my persistence in calling, it seems like my pleas for assistance fall on deaf ears, as nobody at the office has bothered to answer or return my calls. This ongoing ordeal has left me feeling incredibly let down and anxious about my dental health. It's disheartening when you trust a healthcare professional to provide proper care and follow-up, only to be met with a lack of responsiveness and a lingering issue that refuses to subside. In light of this experience, I'm left with no choice but to consider seeking a second opinion or reaching out to a different dental office where I can hopefully receive the attention and care that I so desperately need. It's a disappointing turn of events, and I hope that my future experiences with healthcare providers will be more positive and reassuring. I strongly discourage anyone from seeking dental care at Tru Dental based on my disappointing experience."

"This place burned me twice in an unfortunate 3 month saga. I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient. They were able to take me about two months later. I agreed and was told the office was located at the MidHudson Regional Hospital. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told by the hospital front desk staff that the dentist moved offices but didn't have much more information. I immediately called the dentist's phone number which went straight to voicemail, very odd. I could only think of calling the pediatric branch of the practice for guidance. I was then enlightened that their new office was in Hyde Park. I drove there and was told there was no appointment for me, I fell through the cracks when they were telling patients they moved offices. I was understanding and agreed to a new appointment in a month on a Saturday at 12 pm. I arrived on time for my appointment to discover the Crumb Elbow parking lot and building was completely vacant and doors locked. I was so sad to have lined up childcare AGAIN and have wasted gas by driving a half an hour for another appointment with this bizarre dentist's office that did not exist. I went home and confirmed with the appointment slip of paper that I was there at the correct time on the correct day that they scheduled me to be there. I've never experienced such unprofessionalism. So much of my time has been wasted but I suppose I'm pleased people so incompetent couldn't get their fingers and tools in my mouth. Awful."
