"I suggest looking for a different dentist. Every single time I go here I end up extremely disappointed with the work. If you're getting a cavity filled make sure you ask if it is amalgam or composite. I was more than upset after finding out they still use amalgam."

"Do not go to this dental office! I had fillings done back in 2018 going into 2019 and the fillings fell out HOURS after they did them , I went back showing them that they fell out they asked if I ate anything or messed with them and I told them no then they says they aren’t taking any more patients or appointment’s at this time which I get it covid really messed stuff up but at least pint me in the right direction? It’s now 2023 and still they say the same thing. I got a call back from them and they said that they would put me on a new patient list and they won’t do anything about the hole in my tooth so now I have to wait to find a new dentist Do Not Go Here!"

"I'm in desperate need to have a tooth pulled. I called there this morning to see if I could get an appointment. I'm in their system, but since it has been years......... I can't get an appointment because the dentist isn't taking any new patients. Unreal ! I need this tooth pulled... yet a secretary turned me away. I suggest that you find a different place to have any dental work. It should be the dentist that makes the call. Not a secretary !"

"Dr Patel is both a proficient and caring dentist. After 10 years, I've always had great service from hygienists. Insurance matters are handled through a third party service, and that would be my only issue. I've never been able to visit the clinic without difficulty making an insurance claim. This includes services for preventative care 9cleaning). At the time when I first became a patient, there were at least 2 or 3 dentists supporting patient needs. As best as I'm aware, Dr Patel is acting solo. This might be an issue for new patients attempting to make an appointment."
