"Usually this location has done very well for us. Today, my wife ordered the extra bread "add 6" on top of 2 adult meals to go. We only received 8 rolls. Usually we get 6 rolls without any extra charge with 2 adult sized meals. My steak was significantly smaller than the exact same order of the same size steak we have made previously. I would say probably half the size on the largest sirloin they have. My wife had the chicken ceaser salad for her entree and the chicken was raw in the center. I love Texas Roadhouse and I hope your franchise owners crack the whip on the managers trying to cut corners and train the employees to know when the management is incompetent."

"We took our 99 year old friend out to celebrate her birthday, the staff was so nice, good food, and quick service. The restaurant is kid friendly, it has plenty of parking, wheelchair accessible, there is a bar for adult drinks, they serve plenty of vegetables for the vegan people in the crowd, plenty of staff to take care of customers."

"Any time I get a steak and salad from here it’s pretty good. The baked potatoes always seem to taste like they’re leftover from lunch. The service is hit or miss at this location. It seems like the employees seem to care more about dancing than actually focusing on their tables."

"1st time here. Great service from Jennifer at the bar. We will probably give this place a 2nd shot. Cactus blossom was great. Ordered an 8oz. filet medium with baked potato and corn. Husband got a 1/2 rack of ribs with baked potato and chili. Shared a bite of steak with my husband and I took a bite. It was very chewy with fat. Husband agreed. Told Jennifer about it and she got a manager. Said I didn't want any of it so Allison took it off and would tell the kitchen and butchers? what happened. The flavor of the steak was great and so was the corn. Husband said his was the best fall off the bone ribs that he's had in a long time and sides were good. We drove from Lexington about 30 minutes away and had heard good things. Everything was good but the filet so don't let that hold you back!"
