"I went to Ny Q Nails in Dansville on 7/26. It became apparent that the worker was not happy that he was assigned to do my pedicure. I don't know his name but his head was shaved. Although rude behavior and jerking my feet around probably aren't much of a complaint, he used the scraping tool very roughly and I have two areas on the side of my heel where he cut me."
