"If I could give zero stars, I would. After multiple phone calls to the office and being on hold for far too long (over 20 minutes) - we were told that the appointment that my son had for TODAY with Dr. Klein was canceled, because the new dentist didn't accept the insurance. I did not receive anything in the mail, or a phone call, stating any of this. This is a terrible way to run a business. I'm glad you don't accept the insurance, because after all of this, I don't want to be a patient of 585 Dentist."

Joe is my Hygienist and she is excellent, very thorough and explains everything in terms you can understand. This office has always been, and remains, one of the top rate dentistry practices in this area thanks to Dr. Drumm and her staff."
